2025 Guangdong International Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
From September 18 to 19, 2025, the finals and award ceremony of the 2025 Guangdong International Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Special Competition), co-hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation, the People’s Government of Zhongshan City, and other institutions, concluded successfully.
The competition attracted 575 projects from 23 countries and regions around the world. After three months of fierce competition, the "Multi-scenario High-end Underwater Intelligent Equipment" project by Shenzhen CHASING Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. stood out and won the Silver Award in the Growth Enterprise Group.
As the first special competition in the national overseas Chinese federation system focusing on the field of artificial intelligence and robotics, this year’s competition brought together 78 enterprises, including "Zhuan Jing Te Xin" (specialized, refined, distinctive, innovative) enterprises, high-tech enterprises, "Little Giant" enterprises, unicorns, gazelles, and above-scale enterprises. The participating teams have a total of over 100 overseas doctors and more than 1,150 patents and software copyrights, covering the entire artificial intelligence industry chain, high-end equipment, new energy, and 23 other industrial fields. It presents the "three characteristics" of internationalization, intelligence, and youthfulness, as well as the "two types" of innovative and knowledge-based features, becoming a benchmark platform for overseas Chinese innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era.

Underwater Robot Skills Competition
On September 26, at the "2025 Conference of the Water Transport Monitoring Equipment Industry Branch of the China Metrology and Testing Society & Underwater Robot Industry Metrology Technology Exchange Conference" held in Tianjin, the Underwater Robot Skills Competition was a core segment and the focus of the entire event.
As one of the organizers of the event, Shenzhen CHASING Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the competition with its star product, the CHASING X100 industrial-grade underwater robot, and stood out from many participating units, winning the first prize in the skills competition.
During the competition, the CHASING X100 conquered the judges and audience with its revolutionary operational capabilities and outstanding performance in complex water environments. A on-site judge commented bluntly that the product’s stable hovering in complex water flow environments, high-definition image transmission, and precise maneuverability constituted a "dimension-reduction strike" against other competing solutions.
