CES and Chasing Innovation
The International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) has become a global window for major electronic product enterprises to release product information, showcase high-tech capabilities, and advocate future lifestyles, ranking among the most influential technology exhibitions worldwide. CES 2022 was held in Las Vegas, USA from January 5 to January 7, focusing on two major technological trends: "intelligent automation and the evolution of the metaverse".
Founded in 2016, Chasing Innovation is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. As a leader in portable water intelligent unmanned equipment, it has participated in CES for three consecutive years in 2018, 2019, and 2020. This marks Chasing Innovation’s fourth appearance at CES, where it garnered significant attention in Las Vegas, USA with its full-stack underwater intelligent solutions. The main exhibited products include the Gladius P100, Gladius P200, Sturgeon F1, Gladius MINI S, and Chasing DORY, along with high-end exclusive accessories. The company introduced new technologies, products, business formats, and models of underwater intelligent technology equipment to visitors and distributors from around the world.
Three Major Industrial-Grade Underwater Intelligent Solutions: Fast, Safe, Efficient, Solving Pain Points in Underwater Operations
Chasing Innovation has launched three major industrial underwater intelligent solutions, which have been widely applied and well-received in the industry for their speed, safety, and efficiency. As light industrial and industrial-grade underwater drones, the Gladius P100 and Gladius P200 feature an open platform layout and can be equipped with various accessories to address common problems and pain points in underwater operations. As key recommended products of Chasing Innovation’s industrial-grade underwater intelligent solutions, they stood out at CES.
In the emergency rescue underwater intelligent solution, the rapid deployment of the Gladius P100, Gladius P200, and related accessories enables real-time multi-screen observation, reducing risks to rescuers and improving rescue efficiency.
The hull inspection underwater intelligent solution effectively ensures the inspection frequency of underwater infrastructure, replacing manual work by commercial diving teams and alleviating the time-consuming and labor-intensive nature of underwater infrastructure inspections.
In the fishery aquaculture underwater intelligent solution, it can not only timely inspect fishing nets and cages, clean up residual dead fish and marine organisms but also use robotic arms for regular sampling, reducing aquaculture time and labor costs while ensuring the yield and quality of fishery products.
Consumer and Entertainment-Grade Underwater Drones: Unlocking New Applications in Scenarios Such as Diving Photography, Yacht Fishing, and Underwater Entertainment
In the consumer and entertainment sector, covering scenarios like diving photography, yacht fishing, underwater live streaming, and underwater exploration, Chasing Innovation showcased two additional consumer-grade underwater drones at CES: the Gladius MINI S and Sturgeon F1. Complementing its consumer entertainment scenario application solutions, these products join the well-known Chasing DORY and Gladius MINI (familiar to European and American consumers) to serve a broad consumer base.
Despite being consumer and entertainment products, the Gladius MINI S is equipped with a 4K/12-megapixel EIS anti-shake camera and 1200x2 lumen LED lights. It can be paired with a professional wired direct-connection remote control and robotic arm for applications in underwater photography, underwater exploration and research, and live streaming of underwater sports events. The Sturgeon F1 is even fitted with night-vision infrared light and a 1080P starlight-level camera, suitable for various fishing scenarios such as night fishing, ice fishing, and lure fishing, meeting the diverse needs of fishing enthusiasts.
As an innovative enterprise, Chasing Innovation is committed to breaking industry limitations and solving industry challenges. Currently, it holds over 100 patents, particularly core technologies in key areas such as underwater communication, underwater thruster control platforms, and underwater image processing. In the future, Chasing Innovation will continue to deepen its expansion in related industries such as underwater infrastructure inspection, fishery aquaculture, and underwater emergency rescue, continuously breaking through and innovating, overcoming technical barriers, and bringing higher-quality, more intelligent water intelligent unmanned equipment, as well as safer, more convenient, and efficient solutions for underwater operation problems to consumers and industry practitioners.
